Shipping Policy for Beau & Boops

At Beau and Boops, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Processing Time

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and ship your order. Your shipping time will be in addition to this processing time.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking link. If you do not receive this email, please remember to check your spam folder. 

Shipping Location

We ship all orders from Cairns, Australia. 

Shipping Rates

For orders within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $65 
  • Express Shipping starting from $11.95

For international orders:

  • We offer shipping to select countries.
  • Standard and Express shipping options are available.
  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your order amount and weight. 

Please Note

  • Express shipping refers to the transit time of your order only and does not include processing time.

  • International Customs Fees: While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, please be aware that in the rare case of your items being held in customs, and/or any customs fees or charges incurred upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer.
