To ensure the best fit for your pet, we kindly ask that you measure your dog correctly before making any purchases from our pet apparel collection. As a small business, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, we do offer store credit in such instances.

Sale Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items, so we encourage you to choose carefully when placing your order.

Faulty Items:

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we will gladly replace it for you free of charge and cover all associated shipping costs.
